What's a source? A source is one account on one provider, however many browsers it syncs from. Your work ChatGPT and your personal ChatGPT are two. Your Claude, synced from Chrome and from Firefox, is one.
Five Pro licences, bought together. Five individual licences, not shared access: each person has their own chats on their own computer, and nobody sees anyone else's.

It's automatic. Every install gets 14 days of Pro, starting when your first account syncs: every account syncs, and every Pro feature is open. There's no card and no email, and it ends on Free by itself. Buying during the trial doesn't cut it short: the Pro features stay open to day 14, whichever tier you buy. One trial per computer.
Hubort goes back to Free. Two accounts keep syncing, and you choose which (or it keeps the two you've used most lately). The rest pause, with every chat kept on your computer, and they're back the moment you upgrade. You can change which two are free once every 30 days.
A subscription covers every version while it runs, and its key renews itself. A licence bought once covers every version released in the 12 months after you buy, and keeps working with those for good. After that, renew updates when you want them, at $15 a year for Personal or $29 for Pro, or don't, and keep what you have. Nothing is ever switched off.
In Hubort, open Settings → Licence → Manage subscription, or go to hubort.app/manage. Either opens Paddle's customer portal. Or just write to us. Cancelling stops the next charge, and what you've paid for runs to the end of its period. Nothing is ever charged after you cancel.
Thirty days from any payment, no reasons needed: a purchase, any subscription payment, a renewal or an upgrade. Write to [email protected]. If you're in the UK or EU, your statutory 14-day right to cancel still stands.
Yes, for the difference. Bought once: Hubort → Settings → Licence → Upgrade to Pro, $70, and your update window stays as it was. Subscribed: write to [email protected] and we'll move your plan; you pay only the difference for what's left of the period.
Yes, on any computer you use yourself. Please don't share a key with other people: your email address is written into it.
No. You buy here, in your browser, and your key is emailed to you and checked on your own computer. A subscription's app sends its key, and nothing else, once a day to renew it. A licence bought once never contacts us.
